Frittata is the dish to make when you have a bunch of leftovers in the fridge (bacon bits or smoked salmon, shredded cheese, sautéed onions, seared zucchini, leftover braised greens) and you don’t know what to have for dinner. A frittata is a one pan egg dish large enough to feed a family. Best of all, once you learn the basic formula for a frittata, you won’t really need a recipe. In this class, we’ll learn how to make frittatas and together we’ll whip up a zucchini, asparagus & mint one.

  • Recommended for ages 9+ (Adult supervision advised for ages 9-11 or those needing extra help in the kitchen.)
