Maybe you’ve enjoyed strawberry-rhubarb pies, but to me the real beauty of rhubarb comes out when you bake it without it’s sweeter sister. In this 90-minute class, we’ll discuss the vegetable stalk that mostly finds itself in desserts. And together we’ll make rhubarb crisps to celebrate it’s short but oh so sweet season.
