ADULTS, this one is for YOU! In this single class, we'll create a delicious yet simple three-course dinner party. We’ll take the mystery out of how Italian chefs make their pastas taste so delicious. We'll learn how to boil pasta properly (yes, there are proper and improper ways), and make a simple but tricky-to-master carbonara sauce. We'll then make a well-dressed and well-balanced salad and a tasty strawberry dessert. All the while, chatting and laughing and learning why these pairings and recipes taste so darn good. Join us!
