Fruit Yogurt Parfaits

Makes 4 parfaits

2 cups berries (a mixture or just one type, like strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
1 cup whole plain yogurt
1 cup whole plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup, optional
1 cup granola

1. Chop the strawberries, if using, and wash all berries. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
2. In a medium bow, mix together the plain and Greek yogurts. If you choose, season to taste with honey or maple syrup.
3. Set four 1-cup glasses (preferably clear glasses) nearby on a work surface.
4. Place a few scoops of yogurt into each glass, top with a small handful of berries, and then a few sprinkles of granola. Make another set of layers just like the first one: a few scoops of yogurt, a few scoops of berries, and a few sprinkle of granola. Serve immediately. Recipe by Jill Santopietro.
